INDIA: In a major boost to the automotive aftermarket and components market, the 5th edition of ACMA Automechanika New Delhi is all set to kick off from 1st to 3rd February 2024 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The event promises a robust display of the latest innovations, featuring over 500 exhibitors from 12 countries across a sprawling 25,000 sqm show floor.

ACMA Automechanika New Delhi will spotlight exclusive aftermarket solutions for two-wheelers, passenger, commercial, and agricultural vehicles. With over 100 new entrants, the expansive show floor will exhibit technologically advanced products from industry leaders and emerging brands, including Schaeffler, ZF India, Mahle Aftermarket, NRB Bearings, and more.
The event will showcase innovations from around the globe, featuring prominent brands from the USA, UAE, Germany, Russia, Korea, Italy, Belgium, Taiwan, Thailand, and China. Four dedicated international pavilions from Germany, Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand will bring national and international key players under one roof.
Insights from the Auto Components Industry
According to ACMA’s report on Auto Components Industry Review FY22-23, the auto component industry has witnessed significant growth, with domestic vehicle sales, aftermarket strength, and exports being major contributors. The industry’s size has grown by 33% to INR 559,748 Cr in FY23, and the auto aftermarket witnessed a 15% growth to INR 85,333 CR.

Vinnie Mehta, Director General of ACMA, expressed optimism about the industry’s outlook, citing continuous market expansion and notable growth in component exports. He highlighted the 1st physical edition post-COVID-19 as a testament to the collective effort of exhibitors, associations, and stakeholders.
Raj Manek, Executive Director and Board Member of Messe Frankfurt Asia Holding Ltd, echoed the positive sentiment, emphasizing the rapid growth of the Indian vehicle industry. He expressed excitement about showcasing new solutions and technologies, driving the auto components and aftermarket industry forward.
